Players don’t know f- all about the Laws and applying them as a referee, Lalas even admits he found that out after becoming a referee a couple of years ago. Announcers and Commentators are the worst people to ask.

Every referee forum is saying “I can see the foul but I don’t know if it’s ‘clear and obvious’.”

That was a pretty easy call. Tobin is not one to flop and that certainly wasn't.

Rapinoe converts the penalty. 1-0 US in the 7th minute.
