Because this is totally an isolated incident.

Seeing as how they average 13,000 a game, 7100 does seem like an outlier.

The Michael Jackson statue unveiled at Fulham today.
Oy. I'm worried that Mo is starting to lose his marbles.

For what it's worth, I think the statue is in a back corner of the ground, where I put an X on this map, and not in front where they put the Johnny Haynes statue a couple of years ago, but it's still beyond weird.

Weather or not, fans of other teams are coming out in crappy weather. You can list a million excuses, but even at 13,000 it's low (if they really ever get 13,000), it's a pain in the *** to get to Foxboro, and a terrible venue for the MLS.

Kraft clearly doesn't give two ****s about the Revs. At least it got me back into the NFL, rooting for the Pats to get blown out every week just so that *****hole suffers.

How's that working out for you? :p

I'm not here to defend Kraft, but Columbus and Chicago are below average too, and their drops are being blamed on the weather. People are blaming the bad night on Kraft because they don't like him.

...Or because he's a terrible owner who puts zero effort into running his team. I'm sure it's all personal though.

He should call Jack Parker. If Parker can get it to snow and cancel a road game then he could probably hold the snow off a day or two so the Revs could get their game in. Then he could influence the refs and the media to ensure a win and favorable coverage in the press. He could make the Hand of God seem like a parlor trick.

Sure, Rooney shouldn't have sworn. However, he just hit the third goal of his hat trick to lead United back from a 2-0 hole in a game that may decide the league. I think I would be pretty ********** happy and scream about it.

However, the league will want to make an example of a United player. (Doing that a lot lately. Haven't they?) and suspend him for an ungodly amount of games. I've heard plenty of athletes drop f bombs on live TV. (Shaq for one) but they were never punished.

A fine would be acceptable or I'd be OK with one game, but let's not make a huge deal out of it.

I agree with you, a suspension would be silly. But the bolded is just odd. Did you see the incident in question? He hardly looked "happy".

That's so ****ing absurd, I don't even know how to react.

Um....why?

I think it wants me to be violent.

Al Fayed has a message for people like you:
Football fans love it. If some stupid fans don’t understand and appreciate such a gift they can go to hell.

I don’t want them to be fans. If they don’t understand and don’t believe in things I believe in they can go to Chelsea, they can go to anywhere else.

I'd chalk it up to heat of the moment and adrenaline. Didn't see the whole game so I didn't know if he was getting hacked at or dealing with stuff

Re: World Soccer XX: I paid Jack Warner $1M for the right to start this thread

The ultimate was when I did a Google search for Mandi Schwartz and there was a picture of the Jackson statue. What?
