That's Man U time. If you read the FA's rule book:
39.1.3: If Manchester United is losing or tied in a game, the announced injury time will be four (4) minutes or greater, and the actual injury time will be at least one and a half (1.5) times the announced injury time. Alternatively, should Manchester United score to take the lead prior to the completion of the announced injury time, the game will end at the next opportunity.
Also, between Inzaghi and Seedorf, Milan is like a geriatric team. They would have been amazing back in 2000.
