Two weeks ago, before I was keeping a close eye on the match calendar, I scheduled a work call for today at 4pm.

Timing is perfect for the west coast, starts at 9am, goes to about 5pm, each day, so my butt is in my seat for the entire time.

Our office manager doesn't want people trying to watch the game surreptitiously at their desks, collectively it takes up too much bandwidth. He's going to have the conference room television on for the game.

Days like today and March Madness are what make it great to work from home. Soon I'll be popping the first beer and trying to shirk all responsibilities for a few hours. Anyone think Croatia has a shot today? Maybe too much build up for Brazil?
