There was also ball to hand vs. hand to ball terminology. What exactly are refs taught?

Doesn’t really matter if you don’t control your hands. If they’re out flailing around it doesn’t really matter.

If they are glued to your body and the ball glances off, that’s another deal. Hard to really define it for all situations.

France was my pick going in. Croatia was great during the tournament but France has been the best team.

I'm a youngin, so take this with a grain of salt, but this was the best WC of my lifetime with a final that it deserved.
