The counts reflect the same as I see. Wisco got all but one of the second place votes, and UND and Cornell are now pretty close.

Glad to see the gap is only 189 between PC and Minnesota - it means we have a chance!

Re: Women's DI Rankings/Polls 2013-14

It was a friendly jab before the big weekend in Minneapolis.
In all seriousness, you could sweep and I wouldn't be shocked. That said, who is the best team that you've swept so far? St. Cloud State? Bemidji State? It could happen, but it is a jump up in class.

I see the rivalry is heating up a bit. Should be a fun weekend of great hockey!

Re: Women's DI Rankings/Polls 2013-14

Gophers were down by one with a little over 2 minutes to play
less than 2 minutes later they were up by one
with many key players missing

what other team could do that, or has done that?
many teams can't score 2 goals in an entire game
with a full bench

I've been waiting since Sept for this series, should be a good one
take no prisoners

Try reading this like a poem; it's awesome.

With just a little editing it could be a series of senryu. And I think we need a lengthy exegesis of the symbolism inherent in always spelling out "one" while using the numeral "2".
