On the other hand, the total points is correct: 825 (55 by 15).

As was the case last week, too.

So last week, I figured there was a typo. But two weeks in a row has me wondering if there's something about the process that I don't understand.

I heard they give one of the voters (Grant something or other) up to 5 extra votes to use at his discretion.

Yeah, I mean if you have Three Capital T's wearing multiple Hats, you've earned them extra 5 votes. !!!

Seriously, not sure why another ranking post championship is required or needed. The season is over, and the rank is clear, you got a Champ and a silver medal winner. That is it.

What a crock. UW destroys BU and they both stay where they were, UW gives UM a much harder time than Harvard and Harvard stays ahead of UW. My top 4:

I don't see how any of the EasyAC or Hockey Easy teams can claim to be better than any of the WCHA teams considering they haven't beaten any of them. However I do give credit to Clarkson & BU for at least playing them.

WCHA vs. the Big Easy in NCAA tournament action:
40 wins 9 losses
in the first 5 years it was 11-4
the next 4 years, 17-2
and now that they try to get the #2 or # 3 WCHA team to do the dirty work for them, defeat the top WCHA team, it is 12-3

Thank you Timothy! I thought I might be the only one thinking "REALLY, Harvard gets second because the played in the finals?" LOL If that's the case then RIT is 8th! My guess is that BC should be ahead of Harvard as well. Let's get real; the WCHA is the best league in the country and honestly I would guess that the CHA is not that far behind or at least not as far behind as the rankings would have you believe compared to teams in HE and ECAC. IMO (and I know I'm going to get shot for this) Hockey East and the ECAC are over ranked compared to the CHA teams due to years gone by and fuzzy math. There it is. I've stated what everyone is thinking. You're Welcome!

Shot? I doubt it ... but it will be hard to take anything you say seriously going forward.

Polls like this are meaningless, yet why we have fact based systems to determine seedings. PWR is not perfect and may be a hair too friendly to low SOS schedules. Yet if you add a couple teams to the tourney and let them determine it on ice...I think the system is very good the way it is.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Might be a long dynasty for UM. They have Sarah Potomak coming in next year and most would argue that she has been the best U 18 forward for a couple of years in Canada. She is going to UM. Her younger sister is ripping it up even more so. Check out the link. Where do you think she will want to go????

Maybe you should put your thoughts "on ice" for a few years, and dust the "Fuzziness" off your deduction skills. :D
