Quick note from my seat in the arena. Ugly game, forwards did next to nothing. The team as a whole "went Mayfield" and almost crapped their pants. Got the win, but that was ugly hockey.

They moved the puck around very well on their 8 or 9 PP attempts in the 3rd, but didn't have that many really good chances. Sammee stood tall when they needed him.

Romig showed really good speed. Not quite JZ speed. But quick, nonetheless. He could be a fun one to watch.

Jay asks if the goalie in a 1-0 contest is going to be the number one star. Go out on a limb, idiot.

Good thing Western's PP sucks.

USC beats Stanford 20-17 on a very late field goal. USC players know a big win like that means fatter pay envelopes this week. Plus, cars, tattoos and b.j.s.

Way too man penalties. Was hoping Pios had broken that bad habit.

Night y'all. A winning streak? For DU? Seems like just a couple of days ago we were all considering mass seppuku. LOL
