Agreed. Although Sean is American, we need his type of demeanor which is classic western Canadian! We need that pipeline reopened.

Somebody posted a while back that they were keeping a spreadsheet with player stats. I think it was in this thread but I can't find it. I'm wondering if there is any place to find individual player faceoff statistics? The UW site does not provide it on an individual player basis.

Caufield 3g, Turcotte 1g a1 against the Swedes....faceoffs Caufield 2/3, Turcotte 10/19, Lindmark 6/10. Maybe these guys can teach the rest how to do it, both score and win faceoffs. By those numbers looking at the team numbers I'd guess Turcotte and Lindmark played C today.

Caufield took down Kessel. Ovechkin is next. He holds the record for U18 goals in one tourney....14.

It's just trickling Tim but it's a start! Like I said a couple days ago, we need more western Canadians. I read the article earlier today and didn't realize the recruiting changes this year.

Kid (Ceulemans) moves like a forward. Stat sheet looks like hes a forward too. Recruiting is lookin good for defensemen after this next recruiting class. Gotta get a few more blue chip forwards to keep this thing going. Unless some of these real young kids is gonna end up a first rounder. Scouting website say Cuelemans projects as possible first rounder... but hes not a forward.

Or maybe Granato can steal a couple forwards away from another team. He hasn't done that much except with the Dhoogsters i dont think. Were the caufields committed to Ohio State too?

Great news on Ceulemans and D recruiting in general. A couple blue chippah forwards would be wicked ****ah!

I do believe Gretz Jr put up 2 more the other day and Turcotte got 1 more. I tried to find Holloway's stats for the tourney but the U18 site sucks.

2 more for Gretz Jr, nothing for the other 2.

Anthony Kehrer, another fine Canadian player, was named to the 2nd rookie team All USHL team, which may be a participation trophy. He had 1G 10A in 58 games.
