Especially liked that the sweaters were era accurate for each player.

Well here’s the badgers we all know and were told would be world beaters but they cannot beat Wausau West.
 
I thought the consistently terrible refs would be the only thing I wouldn’t miss from the WCHA. Never thought I’d be longing to have them back at the Kohl Center.

The D zone coverage on goal 3 was awful, no one was minding the rodent on the backside. Goal number 4 the dude just skates right around the D, no effort to rub him out or use the stick to de-puck the guy. Just let him skate right on top of the Hammer and shoot from point blank. Really nice. Not. Then the Hammer gets pulled and Posick and Brophy start talking Berry up like he's the answer. How about some analysis of the plays guys? Like what went wrong in those instances. No, it's just rah ****ing rah, rah rah rah. I am just fuming. God I miss Bill Howard.

And he would be correct. MKE is not a hockey market. Most of the fans will come from Madison.

Lebedeff? Not really left out to dry, but make a big stop. Be consistent. He didn't deserve to start. I'm beating a dead horse, but the tier 2 junior goalies show why they were not tier 1.

Prove me wrong.

I hope Tim means he misses him as a coach. Yes he was brutally honest in the booth, but he's needed MUCH more as a coach.

Well two of those goals you have F Sean Dhooghe trying to play defense. And then a very obvious trip that the blind guys missed leads to another and the wheels are off again!

Absolutely correct. Forwards need to be better if the D pinch. Nope!

The first penalty was a slash......which by definition is boneheaded.

Yeah Tony, yanking the Hammer did the trick alright, Berry has been not seeing the puck too well and I have actually stopped watching the game. I don't know if their first goal was redirected or what but I'm not too happy about either one of those either. It's just a trainwreck.

Maybe FSN can hire you to do some in game analysis since Brophy is not interested in doing so. I supposed I could just rewind and do it myself, but that's a lot of work.

Both, but obviously the coaching spot is a tad more needed. Technically UW still after 4 years of TG still has no goalie coach and if Connelly is doing it he should be fired.

Granato isn't going to get a goalie coach. Or new coach. That would mean changing something. He seems to like to keep doing the same stuff no matter how obvious that it isn't working and...that's that.

I don't like yanking goalies. All you do is destroy confidence. And when they both struggle, I think it just breeds bad juju on the whole team.

Case closed. And it breaks my heart because TG was and still is my all-time favorite badger hockey player but the U needs to move on and all 3 guys need to go.

I understand Barry “I’m not a hockey guy” Alvarez doesn’t care about the state of this team or stewardship of its legacy, but **** dollars must talk right? I sure hope ex-players are calling in now because 4 years is more than enough with these resources + 3 1st round draft picks.
