The last 30 minutes I can't remember Duluth being in the offensive zone for more than 8 seconds 5x5. If there was a stat for time of posession, I would love to see it.

Bendickson gets the empty netter. 2 point night for him. Gardiner with the assist, he also has a 2 point night.

Yeah, it wouldn't look pretty. Yikes, the Badgers took it to the Bulldogs tonight!

I think the Bulldogs PP was 0-6 with 1 shot on goal!

Still around a minute left, Badgers continue to pressure UMD.

Ramage layed a pretty good shoulder on Huttel. Ramage will get a 5 minute major for contact to the head.

Ramage pulled a Craig Smith and makes a totally uncalled for hit that knocks out a UMD player. He should get suspended for a game.

Wow shots 52 to 19! Great effort! I thought I heard in the background that Ramage got a game misconduct and not DQ. Sounded like the player tried to duck around Ramage and got him in the head with the elbow.

I saw the play, it was a big hit, but it wasn't a clearly boneheaded play. They guy did duck down, too bad for him.

When Davies drew that high stick late in the 3rd he made Robbie Earl look like an ameteur. Lucy call. The refs were their usual bad. UMD got away with murder early in the game and UW was getting nailed constantly.

Great game boys.

UMD guys calling it a total cheap shot, demanding a suspension. But, based on the whining they did tonight, and the fact the Dawgs just got smoked huge, their opinion may be subject to some interpretation.

It was a fun game to watch from a puck control perspective. UW didn't have a ton of grade A chances. The gardiner and Smith goals were a tad soft. Perhaps he was screened on the Gardiner goal, but the replay of the Smith goal showed he saw the puck and just got down too late.
