Wisconsin 2020 Off-season thread - Serenity Now!

Well, now more than ever Barry needs to follow through on the whole b10 will create more tv exposure.

with no fans or limited fans EVERY home game should be televised live.

Yeah, my understanding is ASU is traveling to each Big7 team for 2 series. So they are traveling for all 28 games. Wow, that's brutal, but gets you 28 games against good competition.

But those kids travel well & ASU has been set up for distance learning for close to a decade. & If no or few fans allowed it may negate much home advantage.

Yep, but it won't happen. They are too busy showing riveting games like field hockey from 2018. That crap is just cheaper to show than live events.

I approve. I have no pre-disposed hate to get over of Edmonton, unlike Dallas, MN, Chicago and the Av's.

Kunin gets traded to Nashville! YES! How about an all Badger line at Smashville?

I've struggling to get fired up for UW hockey right now. I was really looking forward to the old WCHA N/C games. ASU is the only N/C opponent, no juice there. 24 games only? Yawn. It really really depends on how many games are televised. I'm assuming there will be no fans allowed in the KC until 2021.

I think 28 games. Every conference team home and away (24 games) and 4 with ASU. Total 28. ASU has 4 games against the Big7 teams so 28 games for them too.

Am wondering if any games will be televised on PAC12 network, besides many on BIG..... By the way, good for our student athletes you guys are able to accommodate us, thanks!
Would have loved to have some home games at Gila River but so be it....

We will show up at Gila River when the Badgers are there someday in the middle of January.

Smitty's a UFA. Nashville has been doing weird things for the past few years. I think he will end up somewhere else. I agree, GOOD for Luke getting out of THAT mess, but sadly into another. If Suter wasn't so expensive (and "old" in the eyes of some teams) I wish he'd get out of there as well.

I haven't heard what Edmonton's thoughts are, but if I were Granato, I'd be planning to go forward WITHOUT Holloway unless they come out and say, "Stay in Madison".
With the condition of the program in Madison, I'd run like the Roadrunner.

TDM wrote an article about Stange and also put in there Turris was put on waivers also, in addition to Smith not going back there. How sad.

Also Moose re-upped with Philly. Philly fans are the worst. Last year or 2 years ago there was a tweet about Moose I think it was his birthday and Philly fans were on there just ripping him to shreds. Also so sad.

I guess it will have to happen next season, 2021-2022, being that the new Sun Devil arena is scheduled to open August 2022......assuming nothing derails that plan......
But if you show up at Gila River, I will meet you there, only 6 miles from my house, & buy you a beer at a Coyotes game!

Really not sad, Tim. Nashville isn't going anywhere soon. I'd like to see both boys on contenders. NASH has been a train wreck; Poile keeps digging a hole. He whacks 2 **** good coaches in Barry Trotz, and Peter Laviolette, and hires Hynes? I think the organIzation should look at Poile.

Damn gets bleeped out?

Back at you! I'm as great as can be expected these days. This entire thing hasn't affected me or my wife very much, my daughter very little, but MCR Jr has been affected a bit being on a cardio-vascular team @ Mayo Clinic.

I, like all of you, want to get out of 2020 unscathed and push the reboot button on December 31, 2020, at 11:59 PM.

#****2020. I KNOW they bleep out ****!

Craig Smith finally got out of that Nashville dumpster fire. He's now a Bruin.

I hate the Bruins, but (as a family friend) I wish Smitty the best.

Really not sad, Tim.

Sad from the hope of an all Badger line being formed. As a organization they seem to be trending in the wrong direction.

Turris to the Oilers. Like.

I don't mind Smith going to Bawstin, though I have a lot of underlying dislike for their teams overall.

Schultz to the Caps. The Penguin fans were torching him on twitter, kinda sad.

Yeah, like HE was the problem for them. Good for Justin.

By the way, we better enjoy what's left of those great Badgers from the days of yore. The present and future of Badgers in the 'chel is one here, one there......
