Compliance issues?

Go big or go home. If she's in trouble for compliance issues and her team is this bad, She's Doing It Wrong.

Probably a technicality and Maine, given their history of compliance issues in the athletics dept, is being extra cautious. I say this because while many coaches will tell you about who they have for recruits, Coach Lewis is buttoned up tight like Fort Knox. I've asked her "who do you have coming in?" Each season going back to her time at North Dakota and she has always said "I don't think I can tell you that."

So if she wasn't about to take a chance on something innocuous, I doubt she did anything egregious.

HUX, you're breaking rule #1 of message boardery: Don't let the facts they in the way of a good trolling opportunity.

Shannon Doyle is out for the entire season for double surgery, and Braly Hiller is coming off double surgery and still delicate.

This is a huge blow to BU. Doyle would have been the top D-man in the corps. Definitely keeping my expectations a bit lower for this season but would love to be proven wrong.

Speaking of Hockey East Women's Hockey, can someone post some advice on how to view the games online? Do all the schools stream their home games, or does it vary by school? I'm looking forward to watching some big upsets!

You can go to Team's website and click on schedule the coverage will be listed - most schools put up the same week not ahead.

Cost varies by school and not sure there is one provider. Most are pay per game, but watch your credit card because sometimes they will keep billing till you stop them.

My ranking of web streaming coverage would be

1) NU - they do in HD and have 2-3 cameras and very good announcers - usually no cost

2) UNH - does a nice job with camera and good announcers

3) Vermont - Maine - similar coverage

4) BU - last year the BU announcer didn't have a clue on hockey. Picture can be dark.

BC - single camera from a distance - the large arena makes for tough coverage with single camera

5) PC - in past was dark and average single camera. Used the web broadcaster and team manager so some good team knowledge/insights. Not sure if they will upgrade with new arena?

6) UConn - poor single camera and announcer

I have found all those bolded to be free, as well as Quinnipiac and Minnesota State-Mankato from other leagues. Other venues will show a free game here and there.

I like Vermont's coverage, and it's free, so hard to criticize too much! BC used to have announcers. Granted, they didn't even have the first chapter of Hockey For Dummies under their belt, but it got funny listening to them call the play by play when someone was taking the puck down the court, or the ball down the ice.

I tried to watch a PC - UNH game a few years ago when I was out of town. Paid for the privilege, but haven't seen game or credit yet.

UConn is UConn. Nuff said.

I think I prefer no announcers hahaha

There are so many hilarious things in this video.

1) "Shot... save... oh... saveGOALLLLLLLLLL"
2) The guy's voice cracking
3) "The two superfans, three superfans are all celebrating..."
4) "Triple overteam"
5) "They win the game!"

lololol. Man this video brings me back.
