Up In the Air was surprisingly really good. Maybe hit a little too close to home.

Re: Who is in your Deadpool for Solo: Infinity War

The ending was ok. It was the predictable middle which was awesome.

Which is why it was a good movie.

Predictable middle is accurate. The ending, it could have gone two ways, and it chose the correct one.

Have a long weekend, gonna run through as many movies as I can, pertaining to the Irish, for obvious reasons. :) In alphabetical order, but not in the order watched:

The Departed
Gangs Of New York
My Left Foot
Kill The Irishman
Michael Collins
The Quiet Man
White Irish Drinkers
The Wind That Shakes The Barley

Edit: forgot In The Name Of The Father

Tell me about it. The past couple of years, I sometimes feel like I've turned into Bingham, but without the benefit of Clooney's looks.

And the ending is great. It still stabs me a little.

I wish I traveled enough that Sam Elliot would sit next to me and have a chat :/

I guess he's "perfectly cromulent", in a grandfatherly sort of way. Hardly the highlight of the film.

Throw in Miller's Crossing and State of Grace.

I saw Seven Days in Entebbe...it isnt as bad as RT makes it out to be but it isnt a great film either. Worth it cause I have a Movie Pass. ;)

Probably see Tomb Raider next week just cause...

Saw Call Me By Your Name. Visually beautiful , and I agree with the critics who said timothee chalamet was robbed. Outstanding performance from the young man

Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes:

Finally got to the reboots (only saw the very first original one many years ago, not really my style, but it was good). Really liked this one. You actually cared about the characters, even if it was a popcorn movie. So dumb question: where do I go from here, and in what order? I figure some folks on here can guide me. Thank you in advance!
