When will we see NCAA Power Index (NPI)?

I am not into polls; not media polls nor coaches polls.
I have always followed the PairWise Ranking (PWR), even on day two, knowing that that there were going to be huge ‘mood swings’ until the first of the year.
Having said that, you could always find PWR, from day two on.
But I am having problems finding the new Division-One men’s ice hockey NCAA Power Index (NPI).
Am I looking in the wrong place? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I view rankings much the same as you. Polls don't mean much at the start and do have embedded bias even as the season progresses. However mathematical algorithms can be misleading early on also. But as time progresses they acquire more validity. At the start they are just win/loss records, later they can provide a strength of schedule and strength of win/loss.
You probably knew all the above and I didn't answer your question (I'll be running for government office later this year...... ). But I guess it doesn't bother me that the ranking powers wait a few weeks, maybe a couple months before issuing anything as I question any value in it before then.

I released our NPI calculators over at BC Interruption this afternoon. This is the first year I've done it for men's hockey and adding in home/road weights was kind of a ton of work. Once other sites get theirs up I'll be able to compare to theirs and look for any potential bugs, but I feel pretty confident in the calcs. We already had women's NPI built from last season, so I at least had that to give me a head start building the men's version.

Here's the men's NPI, which will of course be pretty noisy until we get more of a sample size for everyone: https://www.bcinterruption.com/bost...50462/2025-2026-ncaa-mens-hockey-npi-rankings

All of our rankings calculators can be found here: https://www.bcinterruption.com/boston-college-bc-eagles-mens-womens-hockey-ranking-calculators

At that link we also have men's & women's KRACH as well as a ranking I built called GRaNT which is essentially KRACH-for-goal-differential.
