Stick Figure - All of it on shuffle.

So good. This dude's amazing.

Re: What's on your Playlist? USCHO Music Thread

Wish I could play that solo ...

Rufus - did REM play UNH in the same time frame? I saw them at Ludholm Gymnasium and I think that was the tour.

It's possible. The only time I saw REM at UNH was on the tour for Lifes Rich Pageant a few years later. Saw them three times that week, first at UNH, then a couple days later at the Wang Center in Boston, and then the next weekend at the CCCC in Portland. Fun week. The Feelies opened, and they were terrific, as was REM

For anyone's interest, here's a great website for REM tour dates.

You can read my brief summary of the Oct. 15, 1983 show at Colby. Fun times.

it's so great to hear Butch Vig's comments on the band, I felt/feel the same way as a fan. they could have been massive, ...yeah in my mind really should have been. so this weekend (outside of the openwheel races) is devoted to them for me

if you can make it I highly recommend seeing em

Saturday May 25 @ Double Door in Chicago
Sunday May 26 @ Turner Hall in Milwaukee

or future shows
Thursday July 18 @ High Noon Saloon in Madison
Friday July 19 @ Phat Headz in Green Bay
Saturday July 20 @ Grumpys in Minneapolis w/Mudhoney and Melvins

end of my public service announcement!

Snoop Lion

Not as bad as I might have expected.

Not really reggae... more dancehall.

The beats are nice, but the lyrics are wanting at times.

"Smoke the weed... everyday... Don't smoke the seeds... no way!"
