It's been said for years, but bears repeating. The RnR HoF is a corporate entity run by industry suits and snobs. That's why there is an entire floor devoted to hip-hop.

No doubt. I don't place any stock in anyone needing to be in there to be legit.

I just couldn't understand Rush not being in there. By any measure, they were more than qualified, especially when you see some others that are in there.

I can see where fringe prog groups like ELP & King Crimson wouldn't make the cut, but Rush and Yes were awfully famous even on top 40 at times and then you add in the longevity and musicianship.

Two that I love right now are Redneck Crazy by Tyler Farr, and Give It All We Got Tonight by King George Strait. Great songs.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy some King George albums soon. Maybe his "50 Number 1 Hits"

Also, "Caught in the Act" is effing incredible. Everything it was supposed to be, and should be.
