Agree. A salutary effect of the First Amendment is it actively encourages morons to self-identify. You want to march around with your swastika and/or "God hates fags" sign? Bless your heart.

The best argument against fundamentalism is a ten minute conversation with an evangelical.

He's probably going to have to even back off from granting that half hour for talks with opposing counsel. A Google search reveals he's about to get real busy.

He's been sued for perjury and filing false documents as part of a real estate transaction. He's being investigated by the professional responsibility authorities in his state over certain lies. And he recently had a case dismissed and attorneys fees awarded against him based upon discovery abuses, including his famous "conditions" outlined in his email signature.
