This is old, though really they could just publish it every day for the rest of eternity, but I'd be lying if I didn't say it got me a little misty eyed.

"You see this?" added McQuade, pointing at a real estate listing for a duplex in Hagerstown, MD. "Two bedrooms, two baths, a den—a ****ing den—and a patio. Twelve hundred a month. That's total, not per person."

Yeah, but you have to live in Maryland, a stone's throw from Pennsyltucky/WVA - so, you get the negatives of all three. Pass.

Would it be wrong to admit that I had to check the source of the article three times? ;)

As I recall they nailed the Trump presidency more than ten years ago.

Something about fact, fiction, and funny.

Pro tip: When you copy-paste directly from your creepy uncle's chainletter the RTF bullet formats are lost.

I somehow got my Uncle to stop emailing those chain letters by replying to one with "Hahahaha. That's hilarious. But totally inaccurate: [link to Snopes.com disproving the email]."

Haven't gotten one from him since last October. And he would religiously send them (to an email I didn't check too often) twice a week.
