Really? There's a lot of places out there where its still legal on the books to hang horse thieves. Murdering a horse, sounds like he should have gotten a short drop with a sudden stop.

If this had happened 2000 years ago it would have started a religion.

Indian officials say a meteorite struck the campus of a private engineering college on Saturday, killing one person. If scientists confirm the explosion was due to a meteorite, it would be the first recorded human fatality due to a falling space rock.

Is this the zombie apocalypse condition that their lawyers slipped into their new 3D graphics engine?

That was the index number, right after "section." But yeah, someone at Amazon snuck that contingency past the lawyers.

This just in via the Boston Globe
A woman driving south through the Thomas P. O’Neill, Jr. Tunnel was killed Friday when she was struck by a metal manhole cover that became dislodged, went airborne, and flew into the windshield.
