It will rise again, and as tragic it was, at least it appears there should be deep enough pockets to get the bear back - thank goodness for the foresight in its 2010 restoration.
I don't even have any words. So much tragedy in Geneseo this year, and then things like this happening and Kelly's burning down just compounds it. Seeing the bear destroyed just made my heart sink.
