Please. These guys are loud and proud about St. Cloud. Let's give credit to them supporting their team. Lord knows why...but they do.;)

Even if they did go buy RMU jerseys, we'd never see them since they'd be covered by their snowmobile jackets.

They wouldn't buy RoMo jerseys. They'd just hang a banner marking the RoMo victory over MN.

Very true, but remember, there are way more teams that do that than just Jan so it isn't that big of a deal.:):D

Yes, it would go up there alongside the banner marking the MN loss to Holy Cr....or maybe next to the banner for the MN loss to Ya.....

I know, I know. It's shocking when we lose. Some people just can't understand that it can happen sometimes. Believe it or not it actually has happened 6 times this year. I'll pause while people let that sink in.

What are you talking about, Slappy? My point was that we don't have banners for the other famous MN tourney losses, so why would we start now?

Threads like this is what makes me hate my own fanbase. Thus my labeling.

I love my team, but along with my other sports teams, I am used to disappointment. I look forward to seeing 3 great games this weekend at the X. First person to track me down, that I don't already know, will get beer on me at Reid's.

And hoping to hang loss #7 on you on Sunday. And it won't be a shock if it happens. Will be tough but it isn't impossible and SCSU actually has to play a real team on Saturday to even get there. Very much looking forward to the games this weekend.

And yes, 6 losses is impressive. Same as Union. 1 less than BC. 4 less than the Huskies, Wisconsin and Ferris.

And the Huskies play in the NCHC which makes those conference losses some quality losses since everyone knows the NCHC is the best conference ever created. Ever.

Seems like I'm always frustrated by the seeding.

I'm a fan of MN hockey...but the state's top two teams would have to play each other to get to the Froz four. Meanwhile we have the boringest bracket (with Union and Q) playing on Friday (thankfully the Midwest bracket is today also).

You must root for the same teams I have rooted for.
A few years have been great but they are few and far between.
1960, a couple in the 70's, 1980, 1987, 1991 and 2002, 2003 and the Women in the past few.
1989 at the Civic Center and a bounced puck on the boards was very depressing.
I will not be at Excell on Saturday but if I did I would love to have a brew.
I will be listening to the game and keeping up on line.
When the Gopehrs win on Saturday I will be at Sensers on Sunday to watch the game against ND/SCSU.

That is a horrible regional from a casual interest standpoint.

Nope. Didn't say/mean that. Minnesota deserved the seed and the team they draw. My point was there is no guarantee the Huskies even get past Notre Dame. Minnesota will be there on Sunday night, hopeful and believing SCSU will but they have some work to do.

And this is completely SCSU's fault for not winning the opening series of their conference tournament. They would have been higher in the PWR and would have ended up in a different regional.
