I was referring to in-arena activities. I know some of your fanbase is fat from all the brats and booze it consumes, but I don't think they're obese enough to be able to smuggle a *'ing deer into a hockey arena.And ****ing deer with our hoo has. We're THAT good.

I must be a softie...I couldn't root for the Rodents, but if Sue was the only WCHA team left, I could handle rooting for them...maybe because my HS team was the Indians...and we still are.

The Badgers are now 3-0 since I started wearing a Sioux shirt under my Badger jersey last weekend (yes I'm a closet Sioux fan). It's now my official lucky outfit. So I say go Bucky with an assist from my Sioux shirt.

If Dunn had given up 3 in the first and been pulled it would been why did he start, Lee was playing bettter so he was screwed either way if the starter didn't perform.
Lee kicked out rebounds but the D not only didn't clear the puck but also didn't cover the Badgers crashing the net, neither part did their job.

only so much a goalie can do if the d isn't helping out like they should. still, it was pretty clear from the opening face-off which team was controlling the play in this game. it was nice to see the Huskies bounce back a little bit in the 2nd and 3rd and make a game of it, but hats off to Wisconsin; they wanted it more and they got the job done. hopefully they can win the title for the WCHA

Great expression of WCHA solidarity. However, I have my doubts whether this kind of solidarity really exists in reality.
I could say, "I hope Wisconsin wins the title for the Big Ten" IF Michigan is unable to continue after tomorrow. But, doesn't that sound silly?
Besides, what fans of other CCHA teams will root for Michigan or Miami in the Frozen Four? They either hate your team already (what a wasted emotion?) or just would rather have you not win so they don't have to be reminded every time you play in the following season that they are the "reigning National Champs." (i.e., BC did Michigan fans a favor by beating ND in the FF 2 years ago and likewise, BU in beating Miami in last year's FF--Michigan fans just "hate" ND more).

Well the coach blew it with his goaltending selections. Anyone would have picked Dunn for the WCHA title game given his superlative play against UND this year vs Lee against UND. And look how Dunn played against Wisconsin the remainder of the game. Had he started who knows? Dunn did not get the same chances that Lee did despite earning it.

Congrats to Wisconsin. They were the better team last night. The Huskies showed a lot of heart making it a game at the end. I was glad Festler played so well after having a rough game against NMU.

I have no problem cheering for the Sioux. I spent plenty of weekends in St. Paul getting drunk with them and poking fun at the rodents. It is similar to Packers and Bears getting drunk and laughing at the Super Bowl "success" of the Vi-queens!
I cheered for NMU over SCSU because the Yoopers are closer to Wisconsin than anyone from Minnie-soda.
