This is not the game thread. It's a weather update for fans thinking of going to one of the games and want to know if they should call Sgt. Preston before leaving.

Post snow totals, road conditions, etc.

wow that must be 1 good storm rollin in.....no reason for the kids not showing up tonight, they can study, then have a few refreshments :D, and be primed for the game:eek:

All classes cancelled at Geneseo and just announced moments ago that game is on.

Well then we give each of them an electronic device and if 2/3 push the button within 1 second of each other it's a penalty.

My predictions for tonight:

Bowdoin:4 Oswego:3 (OT)
Norwich:4 Salem State:1
Geneseo:5 Nichols:3

I've got a bad feeling about the Oswego game tonight. I could be (hope) I'm wrong...but just a bad feeling.

Must be Oswego meteorology graduates making up that forecast: 3-6 inches today, 4-8 tonight and one more inch tomorrow...that gets you a maximum of 15 inches, not 14-18 inches!

Here, we'll be just short of a blizzard. Winds will be around 30 mph, but you need 35 mph to be considered a blizzard. We were that close...

Per the Ice Knights twitter account, the Geneseo vs. Nichols game is postponed until tomorrow night at 5 pm.

It's an absolute mess in Oswego. But they actually postponed the game because the governor declared a state of emergency, which forced all non essential state employees home. No zamboni drivers, no game.
