I can understand when The Gopher announcers cheer for the Gophers, but DU?

They were talking up the Sioux pretty good most of the game.

UND survives a late flurry and will attempt to pull a UMD tomorrow night.

After not seeing a play-in winner take the playoff 'title 'til last season, we now have a chance of seeing it two years in a row.

And Woog totally predicted what DU would do off that faceoff in their own zone. That was hilarious.

The Sioux were better for 75% of the game, and deserved the win.

The Pioneers were game in the third, but only when the Sioux got a little tired.

The injury to Maiani really hurt DU tonight, and DU simply can't afford any more injuries...

I don't usually mind them too much anyway, but I thought they were pretty good tonight. My favorite Woog-ism of the night (during a strong stretch for the Sioux): "They'll have to get another puck for Denver, they're not touching this one!"
