It sure is. In truth, I'm stunned by our performance in both games this weekend. So much for peaking at the end of the year. I have not seen DU play a period as bad as this in years. Perhaps the debacle in Mankato years ago was worse, but there were other factors in that game that were in play. This is just pathetic, pure and simple.

The North Dakota team DU swept in January is not the same team the Pioneers faced last night.

A real head scratcher. Yesterday was bad. This is awful. Wouldn't it be great if we could point to something, anything to explain it? Food poisoning, concern over the health care debate, threats from the mob, something. But no, they're just tripping over their reputation.

I think this should let Eaves know that Podge should be playing and NOT P johnson.
UW came out in the first ****ed about yesterday and Denver did not come out and match UW's play. Well will see if Denver can turn it on or if UW can keep up the energy and not lay back and let Denver back in the game

Wow. That was not a pretty sight for UND faithful they just aired there. It must have been the SCSU guys running the FSN truck making yet another point about UND, our natural rivals. You know, indians v. dogs.

2. Bret Hextall was still out of the lineup.
3. Matt Frattin hadn't hit his stride yet.
4. The Sioux weren't scoring much, especially on the power play.
5. UND has erased the second-period meltdowns that were killing the team.
