You are right.
I have great admiration and respect for Murphy's skills but not so much as a person. I has more than a little anxiety going into the Olympics that she may not be able to contain herself and take a needless penalty that could cost us the gold.

Hey they reviewed it, nothing to see there besides a cross-check to the head and a punch. A missed double minor but no major.

The muzzinator was really cussing out the refs after that call. Thing was, that was a bad look for her and slOwSU, because that was such a clear penalty that even this set of officials who officiated the game were able to asertain it was indeed a penalty, And frankly, this was a crew that had difficulty determining what should or should not be icing, so it was no given that they would be able to make the correct call. And in fact, they were able to somehow miss quite a few other very obvious penalties

The woman of the pair, Amanda Tassoni, was one the refs who did the championship game last year. The WI State Journal hockey writer posted their names before the start of the game. And they I clearly recognized her voice from her "we have a successful coach's challenge" announcement last year, and "we have an unsuccessful challenge" this year.

(Not that I've watched last's years ending a couple hundred times, or anything.)
