WCHA 2010-'11 through '14-'15 "rival pairs" announced

Re: WCHA 2010-'11 through '14-'15 "rival pairs" announced

This post doesn't really fit into this thread, but I didn't think it deserved one all to itself either.

Good night for the WCHA. The only team in the conference to lose was SCSU and they took a top-3 team to overtime while on the road.
Obviously it's only the first night, but these wins will help the whole conference come selection time. As a conference the WCHA was dismal in OOC play last season, so it's nice to see "us" get off to a better start. Hopefully it continues!!

Don't know if you were including BSU and UNO, but they both won as well - the Beavers over Air Force 3-1, and the Mavericks 6-4 over Army. The "future" WCHA was 9-1 OOC last night...

And the CHA was the only conference to go without a loss: 2-0-1.
