Guys guys guys... I'm sure this happened. This jcarter is a sharp guy. Let's wait and see the evidence!!!! He also claimed this info came "2 weeks or so before he played him in the exhibition game." Now we know the HE media day was only days before that exhibition game, so my "proof" is irrelevant now. And while we all think about HE media day when we see "preseason coach's interviews done every year prior to the start of the season", which most writers attend and wait to write articles after, I'm sure someone interviewed York 2 weeks before that day and said Muse was out for about 2.5-3 months (Oh I know, "I never said that!"). And let's not forget to credit Muse for this medical miracle. Must have been those Jesuit priests saying those prayers that healed him. IT'S A MIRACLE!!!
This gets funnier and funnier.
You would think a UVM fan might pop in and grab him by the collar (or maybe elsewhere?!) and tell him to stop disgracing the already maligned fanbase. But nope...

If I said two weeks, my apologies it may have been earlier into the summer then that. I have no problem admitting when I am wrong, and the two weeks may have been an exaggeration. As for the rest of it, I stand by what i said, you can hold your hand on your *** and wait for proof (which you did not provide)if you want, but I have no intention on wasting time looking any further into it.

The comment that I made that has nothing to do with anything was one great big fat lie, said only because I know that BC fans are so ****ing stupid that they wouldn't bother checking, but alas you are the envy of SHerlock freaking Holmes and caught me! All hail NicK the envious elephant Papagiorgio, for solving the greatest riddle of all time. What's next Nick, the mystery of the Great Pyramids? The lost CIty of Atlantis? I think you guys up in Burlington are the experts on putting your hands in bad places. I'll leave that up to you guys.

1) it's pretty easy to use The Google
2) We're all obviously diehard college hockey fans; offseason college hockey coverage is pretty minimal, so it's highly unlikely that anything comes out during the offseason that we haven't read/discusseed
But, jcarter, my #1 favorite moron, if you can find me one quote from ANYONE - not even York, but ANY credible person in the media - that had Muse even "possibly" out until January, I will mail you a check for $25 and an 8 x 12 glossy photo of BC's most recent national championship and conference championship trophies, so you can see what they look like.

There's not a single interview with a single coach posted on the H.E. website between April 13 and media day on September 30. There's an announcement about the new Official Tape of Hockey East, a few announcements about the Fenway Park game, a post honoring the league's draft picks in the 2009 draft, and the annual schedule announcement, but nothing from any coaches 'periodically' addressing the media by 'either audio or PDF' (it would be so hard to confuse the two, y'know) during the offseason.
Fail. So much fail.

Also, I think BC wins on aggregate by 4 or 5 in the series. But I wouldn't be surprised if Vermont tied or won a game, seeing as how their team is pretty good.

My prediction is that BC takes three points. I wouldn't be surprised by a sweep either. They are really coming together well as a team and I expect them to solidify their spot in the PWR this year before going into their annual two-month slump in the middle of the season.
