I heard crowd was light which is good sign people dumping the product on ice but will people boo and chant for Sneddon to be out or fired - nearly 2 months since this team won a game!

Freedom of speech! But you are right establishments with a good ole boys network can be less than civil.

Do feel bad for the boys; coached to not lose, instead of to win, always results unsatisfactorily.

Oh well - no season tickets going forward to me. My money to valuable to support a bunch of backroad buddies who drive good players away, allow hazing to go on, support inept results, and are poor examples of leadership.

Imagine if a student failed this bad in a class? Would he be allowed to play??? Would he be kicked out of school? Great examples the administration is supporting keeping a “loser” at the top.

I do feel for the boys....

I paid more attention to the women's game on my phone (they lost to BC in OT) than the third period and I had a few others looking on too

I got kicked out of uvm first semester, but appealed and got back in lol

That's why I'm so far behind

Two solid periods of hockey. Third period the effort level seemed down. Couple random observations:
- Nice to see some consistency in the lines. Hope it continues.
- Evers needs to lean on people in front of the net to help the goalie see the puck. Too focused on blocking shots.
- Massie played really well
- Colton seemed out of sorts all night. I miss the freshman Colton level of hustle.
- First period was the best period of UVM hockey I have seen this year.

Agree with Sneddon on one thing, calling a too many men penalty in OT is completely bogus! That kind of stuff goes uncalled multiple times every game. Feel the Cats had their chance last night and Lowell wins easily tonight, 4-1 or something like that.

Don't think coaching makes a difference, Lowell now 10-0-1 against Cats in last 11 games. This stat is embarrassing and shameful! I expect teams like BC and BU to have an edge over us, because those schools have elite programs, but Lowell?!?!? This should not happen! We potentially have every edge over Lowell in terms of our hockey team's ability to succeed, except facilities. Don't know anything about their weight room or other stuff on campus, but their arena is definitely nice and way better than The Gut. That said, facilities don't account for the recent disparity in the two school's records. I also don't think their players have been vastly better than ours, so you're left with coaching, and in the regard ours has been lacking! Pitiful.

With line consistency id like it more if we used more frosh forwards. It's a lost season. Plan for next year. See what Vlad, Fréchette etc bring
