So the new poll appears to be a battle of winning percentage.

That said, DU adopted the golden eagle as a "pioneer" for a bunch of years because Denver Boone was deemed sexist and inappropriate. Thankfully Boone is back in an unofficial capacity, and the mascot formerly known as jelly donut has been retired. I really hope our country gets over the b1tchyness that has left great historical mascots by the way side. Or wayside if u like Montpelier/Berlin breakfast.

Utica still sucks. And so does CC.

Happened to notice this thread on a slow night, and thanks to you all for going elsewhere to be factitious... It's a much better use of your time than trolling on the Utica thread, and it's actually a little funny at times. (Just a little funny right now, but maybe the content will improve over time.)

Have fun with it, occupy as many of the brainless for as long as you can, and thanks for distracting them for as long as possible... No doubt every one of those woofers will return as soon as Utica loses again, but that's to be expected here.

FWIW, I appreciate your efforts and your collective sense of humor, and please carry on.

Will do good sir! Thanks for giving us permission, I surely do appreciate it. Can you please make sure you bring a stool next time, I can't reach the top shelf, being a troll and all. I never thought I was one, but you've called us this so much I am starting to believe it!

The name of the thread should be changed. "Utica" doesn't suck, they're a decent team that can challenge any ranked opponent in d3. But Utica fans do suck. Mostly the ones on this forum. They do their team a disservice by acting like whiny little princesses who can't believe they're not #1 in the polls after losing to Elmira and getting shut out by Cortland and Neumann. The Utica hockey team has some great talented guys on it, it's unfortunate that their fan base is so annoying. Earth to Utica, you split the weekend, you shouldn't expect to move very far.

So new thread idea, "Utica fans suck". I have a lot of respect for the guys on the team. Slowly losing respect for the fans.

Meh. If he's a student, an alum, or a donor, I don't have any problem with him using "we". Somebody's got to pay the bills or there's no team for the boys to play on. I'll use it from time to time when I talk about Adrian, and given my degree along with the money I've donated over the years, you bet your *** I'll use "we" when I talk about Ferris.
