Re: USCHO Music Thread: Less Talk, More Rock

The new Tool song is outstanding and has kicked off a complete Tool mania for me.

Re: USCHO Music Thread: Less Talk, More Rock

I had never heard it. It's amazing. Thanks.

It's a deep track. It was on a cd that a friend gifted me, and my eyes were wide and mouth agape when I heard it. Absolutely amazing in obscenity and Grade A style in rap style/scheme.

Sublime. Good "summer" album.

I believe I mentioned I caught them in concert and they were far more fun than I expected.

Speaking of, I will be seeing Squeeze next month at of all places the Kennedy Center.

M83- Midnight City

It's the end of the night. This stuff helps me wind down.

Many people I know don't understand how a lot of what I like helps me wind down and relax when I am stressed. I get that Death Angel and Slayer are inaccessible to most people, but playing it as loud as my eardrums can take is actually soothing. I always have to explain to people too what I mean when I call my most extreme tastes "inaccessible." You can really dislike Barry Manilow, but when Mandy or Copacabana comes on the radio, you don't necessarily feel the urge to either instantly change the channel, or rip your ears right off your head. If you are not into Slayer, there's no way you can listen to Disciple.

I know you like to think your sh-t don't stink
But lean a little bit closer
See, roses really smell like poo-poo....

Ratface is boring but my god she's cute.

I can understand the appeal, but she is not my flavor.

I can understand the appeal, but she is not my flavor.

I get that. But then there's this:

Fine. Take my heart, already.
