not sure if this will work or not

I saw this in the morning and it brought back my most vivid memory of that particular Nirvana show
...The indelible moment of this show for me was not the music but a break where Kurt and Pat were tuning and a kid yells out "hey Kurt, how about a big smile for Milwaukee"...Kurt lifts his head very slowly, makes eye contact with whomever that was behind me and then drops his gaze back down to the tuner. No smile, no words, no expression...several months later when I got the news of his passing I thought of this moment and right or wrong I surmised the look on his face said "I'd rather be anywhere but on stage right now"...
I posted that on fb and a short time later a former local record store owner replied that he was at the show and had received permission to video tape both Mudhoney and Jawbreaker on the condition "Kurt is ok with that"
the record store owner waited outside of Mecca Arena for Nirvana to show up and when they did he said "Kurt looked so miserable with dead eyes" that he decided not to bother even asking. he couldn't imagine a positive scenario out of it
it's such a vivid yet depressing memory to me to see Cobain in my mind's eye now slowly, ever so slowly raise his head to locate the person who yelled at him to smile, and his absolutely ghost-like, vacant stare back...
But **** what a great ****ing band and what a terrible tragedy that he's gone, music or not
not sure if this will work or not
