I start by trying to think of people who are either seriously ill, or have a major drug history (even a distant one - Fuhr may have been a cokehead in the 80s, but nose candy puts a lot of long-term stress on the heart). After that, I shoot for unique 'old fart' picks that my generation may not think of.

Taken too soon at the age of 39. I think he came up in my search, maybe not. I hope he wasn't one of the people I came up with before I accidentally lost my list.
