Bad delay of game penalty on Stepan. Shouldn't have even gone up the boards. Had a guy breaking out right up the middle.

US very lucky to escape with the game still tied...

Hopefully they have a much better effort in the third place game or we're going to see the Swiss in the third place game.

The 2nd goal for US was a big moment, they started to realize that Sweden does have better skaters, but not necessarily faster. Scoring against them on a 4 on 4 with a nice move and taking advantage of open ice sparked the team a bit.

Everybody with our team says we are not tired but we look totally gassed.


But i've got a good feeling about this period!

D'Amigo actually said, "We're a little tired." Makes me cringe to hear a player actually admit that. I also have a pretty good feeling about this period, though.

A couple decent looks, but overall a pretty poor PP. You have to score there. Now Sweden with a PP of their own.
