Re: US Foreign Policy: The Wogs Begin at Calais

Where?

@StateDept: If you are in the United States and are concerned about a U.S. citizen in Ouagadougou, please call 888-407-4747. http://go.usa.gov/cQFxk

One of the weirdest parts of living in the DC area is I personally know 2 different people in Ouagadougou who are there for unrelated reasons. Also one in Kilgali (where?).

I wouldn't doubt it.

A better question is who on the GOP side right now wouldn't do something like this? Cruz? Trump? We can assume Rubio doesn't know where Iran is so maybe he's off the hook. ;)

No, Rubio would do it. Cruz is the ultimate dirty politician so he's doing it already. I don't think Trump would bother. He's too arrogant to cheat to win.

Paul wouldn't do it. Maybe Kasich. The rest? In a heartbeat.

love the comments :D

That is a weird, weird site. Go to the home page and start scrolling. It's a pro-Russia, anti-US, pro-South Korea, pro-Canada... wha--?

Typically you can tell the agenda of sites like that within a few articles, but this one keeps you guessing. :)

They like countries with very cold winters.

A great article.

tl; dr: Beware lest the rats leaving the sinking GOP garbage scow stow away on the Good Ship Democrat.

Re: US Foreign Policy: The Wogs Begin at Calais

More of the same warning.

As the garbage scow sinks, the neocon rats will need to jump somewhere. The obvious place is Hillary, since they played a large part in Bill's administration.

Liberals have to launch a preventive strike (ahem) to prevent this from happening. The Dems have been inoculated against PNAC and AIPAC by the long tragedies of the Dubya foreign policy failures, but the Clintons are a free-standing edifice in the midst of the Democratic party, and they run on the self-interested loyalty of their inner circle. There are bad people in that circle: Robert Kagan has already endorsed Hillary.

On the good side, since we have now completely shed southern blue dogs there shouldn't be pressure coming from inside the party to cozy up to these creeps -- in the 90's the monsters were still inside the house. The Clintons always take the path of least political resistance, so hopefully there is now enough of an institutional bias against the chicken hawks to stop them from welcoming Leo Strauss' idiot children home.
