Logical arguments don't work with someone who has no logic (or who just wants to see how many people they can rile up).

Congratulations to the Sioux and their fans on a great run for the championship. You guys were a great presence in Amalie and every Sioux fan I talked to was nicer than the last. My girlfriend was going to her first FF (and only 5th-7th college hockey game) and she adopted you guys for the weekend. She was happy to see you guys play QU, because she learned not to like QU because her first game this season was Clarkson @ QU. :D I was actually 100% wrong after Thursday as I thought QU played a much better game than ND did on Thursday but ND came back strong.

Seriously though, your team and fan base is everything that is great about college hockey. As a supporter of a "small" school, I hope you guys can continue to have success (and our boys get back on the map) as it's the fans of the sport that make a Frozen Four such a great experience. With the exception of Minnesota (and even they were sparse this weekend), you don't see the rest of the "big" schools supporting the sport.

If Schmaltz returns you guys can have the BJ's line next year with Boeser, Jost and Schmaltz.

What are the numbers?

The B1G has been in existence for 3-4 years, hardly enough time to overtake UND's 8 and DU's 7.

If you refer to the collective past of your current B1G members, who cares if you are right? The B1G has not produced a single national champion since its formation. The NCHC has produced 1.

We're all happy that you are secure. We hope you stay firmly secure in your B1G-land.

All-Time National Championships of teams currently in the following Conferences:
B1G - 23
NCHC - 18
HE - 13
WCHA - 8
ECAC -7
AH - 0

The past 30 years,
HE - 9
B1G - 7
NCHC - 7
WCHA - 4
ECAC - 3

Michigan had 6 national championships before 1959, 3 since. UND has all 8 national championship since 1959. The Gophers did not win a NC until 1974 and have 5 total. DU has 7, Wisconsin 6, BC 5, BU 5. LSSU has had 3 starting in 1988.

The BTN line. (at least the Big Ten Network can get some positive pub)
The TBN line. Trinity Broadcasting Network

If Luke Johnson goes with Brock and Tyson, it could be the BLT line.

I would be surprised if the entire CBS line is not gone to the Pro's in the next few weeks. ( I realize C is a senior)
 
Congratulations Sioux. 2016's best team in college hockey. Great performance - Great fans! Very impressive weekend. We came down from Boston/Providence and had a blast. Highlight of the weekend: Hearing and joining about 8000 North Dakota fans in Amalie Saturday night cheering "Sioux For-Ever...da da - da da da! Sioux For-Ever...da da - da da da!" Fantastic. I hope all the politically correct NCAA governors in attendance just cringed. Don't think the fighting hawks thing is catching on so good! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
