University of North Dakota '19-'20 Season Thread - There's this Tournament in March..

Come on now. Maine is supposed to be our good buddy from Hockey East. Lots of good will built between our programs.

Plus Maine has a shot to make the NCAAs this year, and I, for one, will be rooting for them all the way, unless or until they meet up against our squad.

MAINE is OK.......................................................................... if you're a Conifer. But if you're a fan of competitive hockey, maine is not the place to be. (note: the lowercase m)

You root for MAINE, I'm rooting for the Golden Chokers. Before you mute me, let me explain my treason. I want to see MINNESOTA in the tournament so we can possibly give them another thrashing this season. Actually my idea of a dream weekend in Detroit includes winning a Million dollars in the casinos, beating the Gophers Thursday, then Saturday night sending the PENN STATE pedos to the showers, their Athletic department's favorite recreation area.

Thank you! I should be more careful when flipping pages of the calendar. I WAS vaguely curious as to why the NCAA had decided to follow the March Madness schedule. Now I know; I'm a dummy. No matter, I'm so sick I'll be happy to be healthy again by early April. I should have known better than to let that Chinese kid wearing the UNIVERSITY of MAINE sweater into the pool.

Make NCAA Tournament: Check
Penrose Cup Champions: Check

#1 Overall Seed in NCAA Tournament: Approaching certainty

Win #9: The only thing that matters.

Welp, very disappointing that the boys weren't able to play for the chance to win #9. At least we won the Penrose...the only trophy we could have possibly won.

Also, Senior Night was pretty amazing, and I'm glad UND was able to hoist the Penrose at home in fantastic fashion.

Sigh...

Gophers gave you a title when we decided to win the biggest game in US hockey history and subsequent gold medal instead, so I could almost say we're even. Tough luck.
