Bernard Docker makes the Canadian WJC team - the only NCAA player on the team.

Hopefully, UND will win #9 this year despite a significant slowdown in development by Mr. BD in the second half.

Final roster is set for USA and Pinto is on it. He picked up an assist (maybe more, I only watched a little of the game) in today's game against germany.

Nice win for the boys tonight, even though it's a game you should win. Very shorthanded (JBD and Pinto at World Juniors, and Poolman, Kawaguchi and Blaisdell sick) and Scheel getting a rest. No injuries. Won 3-1. Hopefully they are a healthier team when UAH comes to town.

Last night was a pretty lackluster and uninspired performance from North Dakota, but they managed to find a way to get the W and keep their win streak in tact. I expect a much better performance tonight, as UND looks for their 13th straight home win and extend their unbeaten streak overall to 15.

Very similar game to last night...identical result. North Dakota also sets a program record with their 13th consecutive home win.

UND now on a 15-game unbeaten streak. They will look to push that to 16 (and their home streak to 14) next weekend against Omaha.

They did what they had to do and now move on to conference play. Thankful for this series to polish the rust off. That goal by Gooch tonight was sick

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-- Sophomore goaltender Adam Scheel (Lakewood, Ohio) is the back-to-back winner of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference's Goalie of the Month, announced Tuesday by league officials. Scheel won both games at then-17th-ranked Western Michigan to help extend UND's long unbeaten streak.

Sioux fans you might outnumber UNO fans tonight. We got a dusting of show which causes gridlock in Omaha. Too many morons who don't know how to drive in snow. Enjoy the game.

Disappointing night, but all streaks must end at some point. Hopefully they are able to regroup and come out tomorrow night and get the W. They have really struggled since the calendar turned over...
