Liljegren hooked the whole way and we get a PP. It's that kind of play that probably deserves a penalty shot given the quality of the scoring chance that was taken away.

Didn't look like a clear break. Penalty shot only comes either on a clear break past the blue line, throwing an object at a puck going towards goal, or knocking the net off with 2 minutes left.

No, I know that. I'm saying that the scoring chance that we lost was just as high quality as your average breakaway, but doesn't warrant the PS.

Questions-Why do we never seem to have anyone at the point to keep the puck in the offensive zone? And have you ever seen a worse set of linesmen at dropping the puck? Most faceoffs they have to throw someone out since they could not drop the puck?
