University of Delaware starting D1 WIH, joining CHA in 2025

Nicole made some interesting comments about Title IX in the latest PodKaz which also leads me to believe Delaware was not under a Title IX obligation to create more women opportunities because they promoted the football team.

But of course, it's still great that they did it, whatever the reason.

Yeah, I guess I misread the USCHO.com article. Read it very quickly and apparently didn't absorb it very well...
