Re: Union at St. Cloud (10/16, 10/17) - Never Won vs. Never Been

Two actual hockey things I've learned:
1) Mike Lee is in net tonight with an option for tomorrow if he plays well.

2) Union's radio broadcast on WRUC this weekend is going to simply be a rebroadcast of KVSC in St. Cloud. I guess there just isn't enough interest in Union hockey in the Capital District to justify sending a crew to Minnesota. As an aside. RPI is in freaking ALASKA this weekend and both of their games will be heard live on WRPI with their regular crew. What a copout.

That is really sad since KVSC is the student station and the announcer usually really suck bad...They at least could ahve paid to get the KCML feed.:D

No kidding, they should have the cash, with the massive, excessive tuition that they charge.

UHM is missing a DA in his signature line.

Why do people keep saying this? Anytime I've heard a team with a two-syllable name (Union, Clarkson, Rangers, Flyers, you name it) it's:

"Let's go [team name]" clap clap clapclapclap.

Don't put much thought into it, they're a little slow in St, Clooud.

QFT. I don't know why people keep saying that either. Maybe bigblue's reasoning is the only explanation.

With 852 posts and counting, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets closed before the puck drops, let alone by the end of the weekend.

Guess who approves this fact?

I'm reading thru the thread and this pops up, shouldn't there be some kind of warning before we're subjected to this?

Re: Union at St. Cloud (10/16, 10/17) - Never Won vs. Never Been

I guess nobody care's about this series.
People may not care about the series, but they sure do care about this thread. I'm sad that I wasn't aware of it until last night as I was leaving school to go pick a couple Eskimos up at the airport.

I'm pretty sure the pace was to be closed by this afternoon, but it has slowed down a little bit over the last couple days.:p

The maniac hasn't showed up much, so we don't really have enough fodder. He must be busy with his classes such as "Stock Derivatives: All Reward, No Risk" and "Making Babies" ;) :D

Well, I wanted to keep this a surprise, but I landed a few hours ago in your great state of Minnesota. Who's ready for some hockey? ;)

Shenanigans. I call shenanigans on that.
I'm seconding the shenanigans call. No way you're in the amazing state of Minnesota. And even if you are, I recommend picking somewhere other than St. Cloud for your visit. :p

Better be careful once people find out your cognitive disability they are likely to have you run over by a snow plow.
