Case in point:

#105 Cornell College (IA)
#207 Cornell University

Now, as much as I love ripping on Cornell, I can't use this to actually do so, because it's completely asinine.

If this doesn't officially put this "ranking" to bed, I don't know what does.

many college rankings give small little colleges huge points because they are small and have small class sizes. I think the size of a school small or large is way over rated. I am sorry but most large schools have small class sizes once students are in their major any way. If a student can't learn in a class that has 25 students instead of 10 maybe they are not that bright after all or maybe the professor's are not that good. :eek:

The fact is in real life where you go to school means very little except if you are in a specialized field. The only thing a student gets out of going to Carlton college over a state school is a $30,000 semester bill.

I'm muted, since I'm at work now...last night there were three, at varying degrees of playing at the same time. Started with Battle Hymn of the Republic, then tDitty, lastly some other song.

The current song I believe is from a really bad martial arts movie? The song and/or the movie is "The Best" or something.

The last song is "You're The Best" by Joe Esposito. Made famous by the movie "The Karate Kid" where they have the tournament montage at the end of the movie.

FWIW I think i found the Charter Broadcast schedule for this season. Depending on what areas they include in the "region", some of us in the MPLS/STP area might have a chance to watch the game. Otherwise we are lined up for tDogs and f'Kato.
