Yes, I know it's way to early, but what frustrates, no: pi-r-squares me is that counting last year in the last two losses to the rodents and and through the first three games so far this year, NOTHING significant from our big guns (Lasch, Roe, Raboin). If they're not going to produce, floks its going to be a long season. This Union team went into Maine and swepted them.

Can't take Union lightly, especially not after a home sweep of Maine.
Defense wasn't bad overall this weekend, mental lapses and a lack of PP production killed us.
Hopefully they learn in practice and come out hungry.

That's likely true, but we only tied them last year, so they still can't take Union lightly, they are a veteran team that can score.
Now holding Miami to 5 goals on the weekend is encouraging and I'm sure they will work on the PP this week.
I just hope they don't get frustrated early, just gotta keep working.

I'm blaming the tough weekend on the brutal bus ride (of which they still currently are on this time).
Husckeys need some home-cooking to get back in the Win column.

The Power play needs to procduce, period. Miami is one hell of a team and you are not going to beat them if you get zero power play goals on the weekend. You also can't make stupid mistakes on defense. They made one that cost them the game on friday and one that made it a two goal lead on saturday and pretty gave them no chance to come back.

Is anyone going to the game? Does anybody care? Since we got swept by Miami, do we really suck? Will we ever learn to play on the small ice? Do hockey players get laid more than other students?
