Union looked like they expended a lot of energy that period. I'm wondering if that and the altitude will catch up with them in the third.

Seems like Union had a GOLDEN chance but it didn't get in.

Radio guys say Denver got "lucky" it didn't go in.

Seems like Gwoz has tried everything. I'm sure the kid is trying his darndest. Just hard to understand. He's essentially been a no show most of the season.

This is a lot like the Yale game, where they put themselves in an insurmountable hole early in the game. The game was realistically shot when they fell down 3-0.

Strange thing is, if you told me Union was going to get 40+ shots tonight, I'd have guessed they won.

Final DU 3-1, good job by a shorthanded DU squad. Great start to the 2nd half.

Can't say I didn't see that coming after digging a 3-0 hole. Union had plenty of chances but their offensive inconsistency bites them again. Props to DU, nice effort and a big win.

DU wins 3-1. Union is never able to come back from a slow start against a great DU team.

Wish Grosenick had gotten the start, makes you wonder what could've been.

You DU fans were great to chat with this week, I owe you guys a beer if our paths cross in the NCAAs this year!
