Speaking of UML, they beat and tied Quinnipiac this weekend. Agosta had 2 goals and an assist.
And, LaLeggia is 0-0-0 after 2 games at DU, but Vecchione is 3-6-9 after 4 games at Union. Will be interesting to see how these three do this year.

My concern is that purported USNH Blue is showing up all over the UNH Athletic sites. e.g. I listened to the UNH/Michigan games on the Michigan feed .... guess what color blue was assigned to UNH .... bright blue. It has even seeped into the UNH Athletic web page. Take a look at the "decorations" at the football field .... don't look like dark blue to me. The sage would only cover up the insult to tradition and what that dark blue means to a lot of people .....
Andrew Poturalski named Hockey East Rookie of the Week:

For the 8 millionth time, UNH asked him for one more year in the USHL and he balked. No team offered him so he did exactly what UNH asked in the first place but he had already severed ties. Good for him that he is playing well but UNH was right and he was wrong which is reflected in his play. You make it sounds like UNH pulled their offer which was not the case. Nobody here is rooting against him. It simply is what it is.
ho hum
Most of us were also pretty vocal about our disagreement with not only how the UNH staff handled the decision, but the decision itself. I think you're barking up the wrong tree. I can't blame you though, you were finally right about something so you have to squeeze out every last drop!
Poturalski is a sleeper in your freshman class. I watched him from 2 years in Cedar Rapids and his Hockey IQ is off the charts and the 2nd year he spent in the USHL will make his jump to NCAA hockey that much easier. Great kid and will be a great 4 year player for you.
I don't know how much of a sleeper he is - I've had high expectations for his arrival for a long time. I think this freshman class finally puts UNH back on the track its known for - deep, talented & high-scoring forwards all over the ice. I think Poturalski, Eiserman, Foegel, McNicholas all hit the century mark before their UNH careers are over (Eiserman might be an early departure threat)...
Ok, Chuck, HR, Darius, wildcatdc, and e.cat, no more smiley faces.
