According to CBlackhawks Twitter feed TvR will be in the second pair of Dmen tonight v the Dallas Stars! Game time 7:30 CT...lots of positive press surrounding him...hoping my NHL Live is carrying this one!

I was downtown, decided to stop by the VZW box office to inquire about NCAA regional tickets. They do not have a sale date.

I was told Maine tickets are "selling well". Yeah, right. The only available lower seats are in the corners. Seats between the blue lines are "reserved for UNH season ticket holders". If true this would be a long over due change for the mo$t loyal fan$.

FYI - If you have Comcast the Center Ice package is currently free for a limited time. The Black Hawks game is available.

Sections 106 (in the zone), 107 (center ice), 108 (center ice), 109 (in the zone) & 122 + 119 (both in the zone) are unavailable to buy online, 121 + 120 (both center ice) are available to buy. 201 has also been reserved, presumably for UNH students, as has 211 - presumably a required allotment for Maine fans.
Certainly hope they don't let Maine bring their band like they let BU back in 2004 (gave them better seats than our band too, brilliant!).

Has anyone heard if the WBIN/Fox College Sports (FCS) TV coverage is happening again this year? Some UNH home games have been listed to air on WBIN through other websites, but this hasn't been listed yet on UNH's website.

This is the "Year of No Expectations". I think that's why the silence is deafening. No idea what to expect.

I, for one, am pretty fired up to see how the youth develops this year

I think the location of the thread says everything you need to know about how overall fan interest in UNH Hockey has fallen off a very steep cliff from where it was a decade ago. Not all at once, but like the tide gradually going out over several hours at Hampton Beach.

I keep waiting for it to be low tide, and for things to slowly come back to where it was - and hopefully the trip to the Garden and HE Finals last March was an important first step - but I suspect low tide will actually be tolled on or about New Year's Day 2015.
