When Chris Miller earned an invitation to the 2012 USA Hockey Select 17 Player Development Camp, U.S. Hockey Report provided this assessment:

"Chris Miller, F—Small forward is a sparkplug, a hardworking player with offensive capabilities. Pays attention to detail and is not afraid to get his nose dirty. Played for the Junior Bruins Empire team."

Miller (DOB: 6-1-1995) is from Windham, NH.

From an article on Shane Eiserman after he signed his National Letter of Intent to enroll at UNH:

He's (Eiserman) champing at the bit to join UNH. Growing up on Massachusetts' north shore, he set his sights on playing for the Wildcats from an early age and stuck by it, even though his dad Bill and later his brother William played for UMass-Lowell.

"Growing up, there was always a rivalry with my brothers [William and Christopher] when we played street hockey," Shane Eiserman says. "I wanted to be UNH and they wanted to be BC [Boston College]. I kind of wanted to go against them. I fell in love with that college and its program.

"From probably five years old that's where I wanted to go. My godmother [Christie Hill], for my Christmas present she used to always get me a UNH shirt and some tickets. When I signed [his NCAA letter of intent], she teared up a bit."

2015 or '16 UNH recruit Ara Nazarian, a junior at Malden Catholic, is featured in a Boston Globe article called "Given a Choice, Two High School Players Stick with Their Schools":

http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/re...eir-schools/5KjP0PTgMasVoFAUVmQxtK/story.html

“He’s got it all — speed, skill, heart, drive — and he’s a great teammate,” said coach John McLean (a former Boston College captain), who believes his junior pivot is the best player in the state. “When the puck’s on his stick, there’s always a chance that you’re going to get a scoring opportunity.”

Defenseman Dylan Chanter will not be returning to the Dubuque Fighting Saints (USHL) following the holidays. He has already signed an NLI to come to UNH next fall. According to the Saints, this is not a health related decision. According to a Dubuque newspaper, Chanter is exploring options for playing out the rest of the season in British Columbia.
