UNH Men’s Hockey 22-23: the start of something new, or more of the same?

Tough goal to give up, decent in their own end but not generating much of anything dangerous in the offensive zone. Definitely the first period of the season kind of stuff. Clean up the penalties and they might get a little something going
 
...and we are tied wirh Cafarelli scoring and the captain ..am very impressed with LeClerc works his butt off...Cats have clawed their way back into this one!

Excellent way to start the season. Cy Leclerc and Ryan Black were buzzing. Fessy was solid. Made some clutch saves. The speed helps in those OTs for sure.

When Clarkson quickly made it 3-1 after UNHs first goal it felt just like last year where they always seemed to concede shortly after scoring but they showed some grit and finesse to get back in it and then win it.

Certainly noticing the speed. I’ve got a big time glass half full feeling. Great effort from the Cats tonight. Yes!
 
Big third and a nice win. Now make it stand up by beating the team you’re supposed to on Saturday...

hope to see Muszelik and Dunlap.
 
Great opening night win. Was thinking bad thoughts down 3-1, loved the fight in the boys!

A real chance to start the season off 2-0 tonight, GO CATS!
 
Am I the only one who can't find a highlights package? Checked both Clarkson and UNH Athletics YouTube accounts.

Not going to use MC's loss to them (St L) as any kind of indicator ... I'm sure the death of their coach weighed very heavy on their minds as one would expect....hope MC can beat Clarkson tonight.

That said yes we could and should be coming home with a sweep up here in Gods country!! I am hoping to see both of those players tonight....as well. I'd think Dunlap would come in for Winters maybe? And I think Black played very well...with two points on the night.

Was happy for Fezzie as he kept them in it big time (for a big guy he was quite mobile we were impressed) but you want to see Tyler M get a look esp given his creds...

And..while we got penned in a few times I was pleasantly surprised to see some thoughtful breakouts that we don't always get. Need fewer penalties while we are at it too! Go 'Cats!

UNH hockey had the goals on their social media but that's all I saw...? Haven't checked the ECAC page? College hockey news app had none either..
