UNH Hockey Off Season Thread 2026

Where were you when President Magoo's DOJ needed you a few years ago, when they were trying to throw everything else at the wall, hoping something stuck?

SPOILER ALERT: Nothing stuck, and the Democrats got crushed in the 2024 elections as payback for wasting everyone's time with various fake DJT "Orange Man Bad" narratives. 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂
Are we at war with Iran or not?

Colgate season ticket-holder here. I am already looking forward to New Hampshire coming to our Class of 1965 Arena in Hamilton, N.Y., in mid-October to complete the reciprocal agreement. Remind me… do UNH fans ‘travel well?’
This one does! Im not afraid of the streets of Burlington OR Schenectady (inside joke here). Poking around going! Tell me some fun things to do between games!

WTF does that have to do with your bizarre take on the Epstein Files?!? Is the local NPR/MPR outlet manager off on a bender this week?!?

If that's all you got ... then by all means, let's step aside and let Schedule Release Euphoria take hold for a few days/weeks, as it should ...

If Emile Guite is still playing college hockey in his fifth season then his collegiate career will have been a major disappointment
Maybe. But it's also possible that he develops gradually over the course of his college career. If he spends five years at UNH, earns his master's degree, and signs his first professional contract at 23, I don't think that would necessarily be a disappointment. There are plenty of players who take a longer developmental path and still go on to have successful professional careers.

That said, I agree that if he develops quickly enough to leave earlier for a pro opportunity, that would certainly be a positive outcome as well. Ultimately, the goal is steady development, regardless of whether that timeline is three years or five.
